COLLECT GEAR

当日はショップへ。階段を下りて地下１階で御予約番号をお知らせください。

ギアのお渡しは地下１階です。ロッカー利用・ご自身の靴の保管もできます。

一部スキーのピックアップと、現金決済は１階入口フロアでお願いしています。​

To collect your hired gears, please make your way to our rental shop at Hikage slope.

Proceed to B1F and approach our staff with your booking confirmation number issued. 

Collect your hired gears and you are ready to hit the mountain! 

Locker is available for your gears storage to save you carrying them back to your accommodation. Note that certain pickups and any cash transaction is to be conducted on first floor.

重たいスキーブーツで宿へ帰る必要はありません。

雪質に合わせた板の交換（500円)、スキー⇄スノーボードの変更（1000円）もOK！

In shop storage service is available for free during your rental period. 

Extra charges may apply for any swaps between skis or snowboards.

Kindly make sure you notify our staff when your hire period ends.
